Overview

Women are the cornerstone of rural regeneration. SUPPORT's Women Empowerment initiative focuses on building resilient community institutions owned and operated by women. Through systematic training in financial management, collective bargaining, micro-enterprise establishment, and legal rights awareness, we enable women to transition from margin to leadership. Our SHG federations manage community revolving funds, address gender-based inequality, and participate actively in Gram Sabha governance.
